  • If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery or discounted shipping based on the region to which delivery will be made. However, this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
  • When am I eligible for free / discounted shipping?.
  • Customers who are subscribed to ZALORA NOW or have paid for express shipping.
  • Customers who have not met the minimum spend and paid the shipping fee for standard delivery.
  • Customers who returned ALL the items they ordered. If your return includes exchange items and you are still charged for shipping fees, please contact Customer Service.
  • Customers who partially returned their order and kept items amounting to or exceeding RM99 (for Malaysian Customers) and RM150 (for Brunei Customers).
